It’s easy to sit home, snug and comfortable and not think that you might ever fall victim to a crime. You see crimes reported on television and admittedly it can all seem very remote. Is this a false sense of security? For some it is, but crime can happen to anyone, at anytime. What drives this point home for many is seeing the actual crime statistics.
