Will my system work if I experience a power loss?
Absolutely. Your system has a battery back up and even if you experience a power loss your system will continue to work as programmed.
Do you provide training?
We provide as part of the installation a complete run through of your system and not only show you how it’s supposed to work, make sure you can do it yourself and of course you get written instructions as well.
What if I forget how to use my system?
Call us, email us, get in touch any way you can and we’ll help you at any level you happen to need, even if it means you need us to pay you a visit to give you a refresher course for free.
What if I move?
Your security system moves with you as long as you’re in our service area.
What is best, wired, or wireless?
Without any doubt for most end use applications, wireless is the preferred solution. There’s no wires and therefore nothing to cut!
How often should I test my system?
At a minimum you should test at least ever 30 days but there’s no reason you can’t test as often as you want, or need.
I Already Have a Security System, Do I Have to Start From Scratch?
Every situation is a bit different and of course it depends on what and how up to date your current system is, what your needs are and what is needed to to close any security loopholes in your existing system.
